Bout of Books 10.0 TBR

I'm not 100% sure what books I'm going to be reading for the Bout of Books readathon, but here's what I have in mind. I change my mind a lot so this TBR will probably change, but I'm going to try and make daily blog posts, updating everyone on what I've read so far! Also, these books are in no particular order.

Here's what I'm planning as of right now:

Fire & Flood by Victoria Scott

Crewel by Gennifer Albin

Altered by Jennifer Rush

Etiquette & Espionage

Invisibility by Andrea Cremer and David Levithan

School Spirits by Rachel Hawkins

If I read all of those before the Bout of Books readathon ends, these books are what I will read:

Pivot Point by Kasie West

Burn for Burn by Jenny Han and Siobhan Vivian

Let me know what you guys plan to read for this readathon! :)

Dewey's 24 Hour Read-A-Thon Wrap Up!

This Read-A-Thon started at 3am for me, but unfortunately I fell asleep a couple hours before that and was a little late starting it! I was also a lot busier on the day of the readathon than I expected to be.

So, I only managed to read 2 books during the readathon, and only one of them was actually on my planned TBR.

The first book I finished for the readathon was Divergent by Veronica Roth

The day before the readathon, Friday, I went and saw the movie before I had even read the book (I know, it's bad don't judge me!) I have the movie cover edition and I was going to buy the box set and wait until I had that to read the series then see the movie after, but my sister really wanted to see the movie and I still haven't gotten the box set in the mail yet, so I went and saw it with her before reading this first. But, the movie was so awesome that it encourage to just read the one I have instead of waiting, so I did... and it was awesome! I seriously don't know why I put off reading the series for so long, one of the reasons was because I was spoiled for Allegient but I'm so glad I finally read this book because I loved it! I will be posting a full review soon.

The next book I managed to finish was Pure (Covenant #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout

This was a perfect book to read for the readathon because it's fast paced, action packed and a pretty quick read. I didn't love this one as much as I loved the first book, Half-Blood, but I still really did enjoy it! I wish there had been a lot more Aiden in it, though. I was slightly disappointed at the lack of Aiden in this book, but I understand why he wasn't in it as much. Full review to come soon!

So those are the 2 books I managed to read during this readathon! I didn't get to the other 2 I had planned to read but that's okay! Comment below if you guys participated in this readathon and tell me what you guys read!

24 Hour Read-a-thon!

This Saturday, April 26th, I will be participating in Dewey's 24 Hour Read-a-thon! Unfortunately, I don't know how much I'll actually be able to read because the read-a-thon is on my little brother's birthday, but I'm hoping to get 2-3 books read! Here's the books on my TBR for this read-a-thon:

Pure by Jennifer L. Armentrout (Covenant #2)

Deity by Jennifer L. Armentrout (Covenant #3)

Apollyon by Jennifer L. Armentrout (Covenant #4)

I will be posting hourly status updates on my twitter, @EllyBellyBooks, so if you guys want to know how I'm doing so far and what I've read, feel free to go to my twitter and check my tweets! If you're thinking of signing up and joining this read-a-thon, click here!

Bout of Books 10!

Hey everyone! The Bout of Books readathon time has come again and I am so excited for this readalong to start! I first participated in it last January and I loved it! If you don't know what Bout of Books is, here you go...

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, May 12th and runs through Sunday, May 18th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 10 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team
